Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to manage training coordination and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end training processes, student/employee placement coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Training Operations:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Manage trainer allocation and training calendars
- Track attendance, performance, and training feedback
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs across department.
Placement Coordination
- Handle end-to-end placement process for students/candidates
- Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
- Maintain placement records and reports
Corporate Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
