Lead and manage the HR operations function, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and policies.
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company regulations.
Develop and implement HR operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage vendor relationships related to HR services and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Support the implementation of HR technology systems to streamline operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Ops Head should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance standards.
Experience in managing HR technology systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
