  • Develop and implement HR operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to HR services and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Support the implementation of HR technology systems to streamline operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Ops Head should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in managing HR technology systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
