Your responsibilities

HR Operations Expert across our Whitefield and Adugodi offices. SuccessFactors and SAP experience is a must. Onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, attendance and time management, and payroll experience are all mandatory.

• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes and offboarding (incl. FnF inputs)
• Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors, SAP and TimeLabs; keep records audit-ready
• Manage attendance and time systems, leave validation and payroll inputs with internal and external partners
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, POSH)
• Build HR reports and dashboards, issue employee letters and handle HR queries and vendor TAT
  
  

Your profile

• 6+ years in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management
• Must have: SuccessFactors and SAP experience
• Must have: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, attendance and time management systems, and payroll
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and Advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented, strong communicator; in office 5 days a week (3 Whitefield, 2 Adugudi)
