We are a fast-growing organization focused on building a strong, people-first culture. We're looking for a Junior HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations and employee experience, excluding recruitment.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for People & Culture, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance. You will work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation
Handle HRMS updates and data accuracy
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction & retention
Support internal communication and culture-building activities
HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Address employee queries and concerns
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements
Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other compliance processes
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Experience Required
0–2 years of experience in HR (excluding recruitment focus preferred)
