Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, site coordinators, and support staff
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Support performance review processes and employee policy implementation
- Ensure smooth employee joining and exit formalities
Payroll & Salary Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, reimbursements, incentives, and leave records
- Support salary processing and statutory compliance coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of compensation and employee records
Studio Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day studio administration and office operations
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance teams, IT support, and office suppliers
- Ensure smooth functioning of studio facilities, workstations, meeting rooms, and office assets
- Manage travel bookings, courier coordination, and office inventory
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize team activities, celebrations, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support leadership in creating a positive and collaborative work culture
- Address employee queries and help maintain healthy workplace communication
Business Development Support
- Assist leadership in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documents
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project documentation
- Support networking events, studio collaborations, and business outreach activities
- Maintain databases of clients, consultants, vendors, and partners
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and operations roles, preferably in architecture, interior design, or creative studios
- Salary Rs.20,000/- to 30,000/- per month
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR/admin tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
