Role: HR Operations Executive – Payroll & Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, HR operations, and statutory compliance while ensuring operational excellence and an enhanced employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data with accuracy.
  • Issue HR letters and ensure timely completion of employee documentation.
  • Coordinate background verification and address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, employee movements, and exits.
  • Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage Full & Final settlements and support employee benefits administration.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and maintain payroll MIS with complete confidentiality.

Attendance & HR Systems

  • Manage attendance, leave, and shift records through the HRMS.
  • Monitor attendance exceptions and ensure timely regularization.
  • Generate HR operational reports and maintain HRMS data accuracy.

Employee Experience

  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
  • Provide first-level HR support and ensure timely query resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll practices.
  • Strong MS Excel, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
