Job Title: HR & Operations Executive

About Nordavo

Nordavo builds operations between the Netherlands and India. We help international companies work with talented professionals in India, and we are now building our first internal team in Bangalore. You would be joining at the very beginning, when the foundation is still being laid and every person on the team genuinely matters.

About the Role

This is our first internal hire in India. Not a client placement. You join Nordavo directly, work closely with the founders, and help build the company from the ground up.

The role sits at the intersection of HR and operations, but in practice it is broader than either label suggests. Some days you are coordinating recruitment. Other days you are organizing processes, following up on open tasks, or figuring out something that has never been done before at Nordavo. We are looking for someone who finds that energizing, not overwhelming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
  • Maintain trackers, records, and internal documentation
  • Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks across the business
  • Follow up on open actions and make sure things get done without being reminded
  • Spot gaps in how we work and propose practical improvements
  • Communicate clearly with founders and team members on priorities and progress
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Must-Have Requirements

  • 03 years of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who takes ownership, you follow through, flag problems early, and don't wait to be told twice
  • Thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and priorities can shift fast
  • Based in Bangalore or ready to relocate

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or small teams directly
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate communication
  • Experience with onboarding or HR coordination
  • Notice period of 30 days or less
