PFB the JD for the HR Operations Executive role:

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Timings: 07:00 pm to 04:00 am/08:00 pm to 05:00 am

Location: Mohali (100% onsite)

Industry Preference: Staffing / US Staffing / Recruitment Industry

Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Operations professional with a staffing background to manage day-to-day HR operational activities during night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for operational management, maintaining floor decorum, employee coordination, attendance management, and supporting talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR operations and employee coordination during night shifts.
  • Ensure smooth operational management and maintain proper floor decorum.
  • Monitor employee attendance, shift adherence, and discipline.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management for operational requirements.
  • Assist in hiring activities including interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and operational trackers.
  • Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in HR Operations with staffing/recruitment industry background.
  • Good understanding of operational management and employee handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage night shift operations independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment coordination.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
