Requirements
- Act as the single-point owner for field team (surveyors) for HR statutory compliance across all applicable labor laws.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates in various districts.
- Own and maintain HR compliance documentation, registers, filings, and travel details.
- Ensure field policy adherence with zero tolerance for deviations.
- Align HR policies with evolving labor laws and organizational strategy.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle ownership ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and traceability of HR data.
- Maintain employee master data aligned with payroll, finance, and IT systems.
- Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, project intimation and expectations and similar items.
- Providing reporting and detailed updates to Reporting Manager and Senior management.
- Backup for all HR operational activities.
