Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. HR Compliance & Employee Management
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle documentation, and related HR
processes.
• Coordinate with payroll/accounting teams for accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other
applicable requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain compliance records.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Conduct joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across design, execution, project
management, sales, finance, and support functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring
needs.
• Prepare/update job descriptions and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,
employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/management
interview rounds.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Coordinate background verification and pre-employment documentation.
3. Administration & Office Management
• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Coordinate office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, stationery, and other
administrative requirements.
• Manage vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and service agreements.
• Monitor office supplies, assets, inventory, and company equipment.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and other employee/office
requirements when required.
• Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper allocation and handover.
• Coordinate with building management, vendors, and external agencies.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company standards.
• Support management in implementing administrative policies and cost-control measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/HR tools.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industry
will be an advantage.
