Skills for Walk-in:

HR Operations Associate (1 to 3 years)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing the employee lifecycle and Processing HRIS transactions (Workday/ SAP SuccessFactors/ Oracle/PeopleSoft).

Roles & Responsibilities :

Process HR transactions.

Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries

Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).

Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance

Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Eligibility -

Willing to work in night and rotational shift.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing the employee lifecycleand Processing HRIS transactions (Workday/ SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle/PeopleSoft).

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR Operations

Good communication skill in English language.

Candidate must have registered EP ID from application in TCS iBegin portal.
