Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, or other ERPs).
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership insights.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, workplace regulations, and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor HR processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle employee queries professionally and provide timely support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Support HR projects, audits, and system upgrades as required.
