Job Description

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving HR Operations, HR Tech implementation, and employee lifecycle excellence across a fast-scaling business.

Key responsibilities include:

HR Tech & Employee Experience

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of HR tech platforms
  • Drive employee experience initiatives through digital transformation
  • Build scalable systems aligned to future organisational needs



HR Operations Scale-Up

  • Front-end and project manage HR Ops scale-up across the entirfe business
  • Partner with business leaders to operationalize processes across locations
  • Establish structure, SOPs, and governance in a high-growth environment



Onboarding Excellence

  • Own pre-onboarding and onboarding experience across Corporate, Classroom, and Digital businesses
  • Design seamless journeys for both employees and senior leadership hires



Compliance Management

  • Ensure strong adherence to statutory compliances (PF, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
  • Engage with labor authorities and compliance stakeholders as required
  • Build robust compliance frameworks across locations



Contractual Workforce Management

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle (hire to exit) of contractual manpower
  • Drive governance and operational efficiency across vendor-managed workforce



HR Operations Leadership

  • Own all aspects of HR operations (excluding C&B and database management)
  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing HR Ops teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations & Technology professional should have:

  • 15+ years of HR experience with strong grounding in HR Operations and HR Tech implementation
  • Proven experience in building or scaling HR functions in high-growth environments
  • Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
