Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management for conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and drive positive workplace culture.
- Conduct training programs on HR policies and workplace ethics.
- Manage daily HR operations, including HRMS, documentation, and employee support.
- Leverage HR technology for process optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or Employee Relations.
- Extroverted, high-energy, and outgoing personality.
- Strong ability to connect with employees at all levels and build relationships.
- Excellent event planning, communication, and networking skills.
- Understanding of employee engagement strategies, workplace culture, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS, employee feedback tools, and communication platforms.
