HR Operation Intern

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 6 Month

Stipend: INR 20,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. You'll assist in various HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with teams for HR operations and reports.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
