Job Description

This role is for an HR Officer (Off-Roll) at a leading Pharma Company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing a wide range of HR and Industrial Relations (IR) activities, from statutory compliance and payroll to general administration and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage entire HR & IR Activities, including internal and external affairs.
  • Handle Statutory Compliance, Canteen management, Time Office, Payroll, Attendance, and HR Operations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of General Administrative tasks.
  • Prepare MIS reports and PowerPoint Presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MSW qualification.
  • 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Efficiency in managing HR & IR activities.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
  • Ability to prepare MIS reports and presentations.
  • Interest in an off-roll position.
