HR OFFICER / HR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations in a jewellery retail environment. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Support employee engagement and retention activities
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
• Coordinate performance management processes
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Support training and development initiatives
• Assist in HR audits and compliance activities
