Role Description The HR Officer will handle day-to-day human resources activities, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintenance of personnel records. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, assisting in performance management processes, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves drafting and updating job descriptions, managing recruitment coordination for local candidates, and addressing basic employee relations queries in line with company policies. The HR Officer will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot and intended for local candidates only.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for handling core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Relations to support policy implementation and maintain a constructive work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Job Description Development to create, review, and update role profiles in alignment with organizational needs.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR operations, preferably in financial services or NBFCs, will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work ethically and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in basic HR software tools and MS Office, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
