Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Officer/Executive role (manager profiles are not being considered) based in Indore. The HR Officer/Executive will support end-to-end HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and induction, and supporting payroll and attendance administration. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling routine employee queries, and assisting in performance management documentation. The position also includes drafting and updating job descriptions, maintaining HR documentation and MIS reports, and ensuring statutory and company HR compliance. The HR Officer/Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company guidelines.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting engagement activities, and maintaining a professional, respectful work environment.
- Experience in Job Description Development, including drafting, reviewing, and updating role descriptions in line with organizational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
