Job Role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and competencies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruitment).
- Conduct preliminary screening calls and shortlist candidates for technical/managerial rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labour laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Assist HR team in onboarding new hires, documentation, and induction activities.
- Work with HR colleagues on employee engagement activities as required.
Skills & Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in [your industry, e.g., engineering, IT, healthcare]).
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Exposure to HRMS/ATS software will be an added advantage.
