We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be responsible for developing HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in HR roles
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HR software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
