As an HR & Marketing Intern, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources functions, supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and job fairs.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Employee Relations:
- Support HR team in handling employee relations matters.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
- Participate in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and track employee development plans.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
HR Administration:
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
- Help with the administration of benefits and leave programs.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Assist in conducting compliance audits.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
