About the Role

Netpuppys is looking for an HR & Marketing Associate who can wear two hats — supporting our people operations while contributing to our marketing engine. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both talent and brand-building inside a fast-moving, AI-forward digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

HR:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR policy communication
• Assist in organizing team engagement activities and culture initiatives
• Maintain job descriptions and postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Marketing:

• Support content creation and scheduling across social media channels
• Assist in drafting marketing collateral — brochures, presentations, case studies
• Help coordinate campaigns across SEO, paid, and social teams
• Track and report on basic marketing metrics and campaign performance
• Support employer branding efforts — recruitment content, culture posts, team spotlights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience (internship experience in HR or marketing preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across people-ops and marketing deliverables
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Good to Have

• Familiarity with HR tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar ATS)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content tools (Canva, etc.)
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafting, screening, or research
• Prior experience in an agency environment
