Job Description

. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.

. Partner with business stakeholders on manpower requirements and HR initiatives.

. Drive learning and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational needs.

. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

. Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.

. Monitor and improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

. Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management updates.

. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

. Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
