Salary:- 28LPA - 36LPA

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support managers in conducting employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor workforce planning and staffing needs, recommending strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention programs to improve morale and reduce turnover.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics related to recruitment, attendance, turnover, and employee performance.
