Job Description

Location:- Canada & Australia

Experience:- 5-15

Salary:- 32LPA - 40LPA

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Design and execute performance management and appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
Act as a bridge between management and employees
