Job Description

Overall HR & Administration Management

  • Responsible for overall activities in HR & Admin department.

HR Strategy & Practices

  • Develop and implement HR strategy and goals in line with organization goal & core values.
  • Manage HR practices such as staffing, performance management system, staff orientation and induction, training and development, compensation and benefits administration.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Issuing letter of offer / Intent / Employment to the selected candidate.

Statutory Compliance & Legal Adherence

  • Fulfill the statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, WC, Labor welfare, PT etc.
  • All Legal compliance along with the act follow ship.
  • Taking a charge of audit related to compliances and social compliances.
  • Handle the regular visit of governmental officials and give them proper response along with the documentary.
  • Liaisoning with govt. authorities as and when required.

Recruitment & Employee Relations

  • Recruitment via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
  • Manage employee relation, employee welfare services and counseling.
  • Attending / Understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.

HR Administration & Record Keeping

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
  • Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping tract of employees attendance / absenteeism.
  • Review, update and maintain proper filing such employees medical insurance policies.

Training & Development

  • Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are equipped to be able to perform their duties.

General Administration & Facilities Management

  • Perform various admin functions like maintenance of assets, monitoring housekeeping, security, Courier, Transportation/Travel desk.
  • Guest House, Event Management, AMC, Vendor contracts, etc.
  • Coordinate between employees and management on various issues related to employees.
  • Planning and monitoring front office management, functioning of office boys, driver and housekeeping etc.
  • Overseeing Facility Management: which would include Canteen/security/ safety/fire/ electricity, general maintenance, housekeeping, pest-control, inventory management etc.
  • Managing Facility Budgets and monitoring costs.
  • Processing bills for all vendors Phones lines/ newspaper/ Security Services/ House Keeping Services/ Drinking water.
