Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain HR policies, attendance, and payroll records.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct training sessions, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling a team is a plus.
