Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions for an industrial/manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial relations, compliance, manpower management, and HR operations. Candidates with an Army/Defense background will be given preference due to their leadership, discipline, and administration expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete HR & Administration activities for plant/industrial operations.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
- Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external agencies when required.
- Maintain HRMIS records and generate HR reports for management review.
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of HR experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/EPC environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in handling large workforce operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Army/Defense background candidates will be preferred.
