Operating across both D2C (E-commerce/Retail) and B2B (Wholesale/Corporate/Exports) channels, we combine creative innovation with robust supply chain execution to deliver high-quality apparel nationwide and globally.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a versatile, proactive HR Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, General Administration, and Facility Management functions.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of Non-IT (manufacturing, pattern masters, merchandisers, retail sales) and IT/E-commerce hiring experience, alongside strong operational grit to manage facility upkeep, office administration, and employee life-cycle governance.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (IT & Non-IT)- Non-IT Hiring: Source and recruit specialized apparel talent—Fashion Designers, Pattern Masters, Merchandisers, Sourcing Specialists, Quality Controllers, and Factory/Production staff.
- IT & Digital Hiring: Recruit for modern D2C and corporate roles—E-commerce Specialists, Digital Marketing Executives, Software developers, and Analytics professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines: candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage full employee lifecycle execution: Onboarding, induction, performance management, engagement, confirmation, and offboarding.
- Enforce company HR policies, code of conduct, leave management, and attendance systems across corporate and production environments.
- Drive smooth exit management, including notice period adherence, clear handover documentation, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Handle workplace grievance redressal, employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee daily facility operations across office and factory/workshop premises to ensure a safe, organized, and functional environment.
- Manage administrative vendors, security personnel, housekeeping, cafeteria/pantry services, and utility maintenance.
- Maintain office infrastructure, IT assets, workstation allocations, and facility repairs.
- Oversee administrative procurement, vendor contracts, inventory of office supplies, and monthly admin bill clearances.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 7 to 8 years of hands-on HR experience. Prior exposure to the Apparel, Garment Manufacturing, Fashion, or Retail sector is a strong advantage.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated track record in sourcing both specialized Non-IT manufacturing/design roles and modern IT/E-commerce skill sets.
- Operations & Admin Skills: Strong organizational ability to manage facility vendors, asset inventory, and daily administrative needs simultaneously.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capability to interact comfortably with floor staff, corporate teams, and senior leadership.Being Multi lingual is an added advantage withspoken Hindi a must.
