Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Navsari. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the human resource functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, providing support in performance management, and facilitating training and professional development programs to enhance organizational capabilities and culture.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals
