Job Opening: Sr. Manager – Human Resource
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹95,000 Monthly CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete HR Department and HR Operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Handle Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and HR compliances effectively.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and employee welfare activities.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS), appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Build a positive workplace culture and maintain high employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management on strategic HR planning and organizational development.
- Handle grievance management and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and HR Management.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in leading HR teams and managing HR functions independently.
- Strong personality with leadership mindset for senior HR role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Ability to frame HR policies and implement organizational processes effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
