Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Chhindwara. The HR Manager will oversee human resource functions, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and benefits administration. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee performance evaluations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture. The HR Manager will also address workforce development and provide guidance and support to management regarding HR strategies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Ability to foster workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and drive team collaboration
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is an advantage
