We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions for our food manufacturing plant. The role will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, while partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance, and organizational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles
- Build strong talent pipelines for blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower planning and workforce needs
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary structures, benchmarking, and payroll coordination
- Administer employee benefits, incentives, and statutory benefits
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
3. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership
- Drive performance management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives
- Support business teams in organizational development and change management
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Maintain a positive industrial relations (IR) environment
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements
5. HR Operations
- Oversee HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation
- Ensure policy implementation and adherence across the plant
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
6. HRIS & Digital HR
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems and digital HR tools
- Drive automation and process improvements in HR operations
- Generate HR analytics, dashboards, and MIS reports
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement technical and behavioural training programs
- Drive skill development initiatives for plant workforce
- Manage learning calendars and training effectiveness
8. Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development programs
- Build succession pipelines and talent development frameworks
- Support leadership in capability building and team effectiveness
