Location: Noida Sector 127

Industry: Automotive Components / Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 10 Hours per Day

Experience Required: 12–15 Years

Compensation: ₹18–20 LPA

Preference: Experienced HR Candidate Preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources operations for a leading automotive parts manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, talent acquisition leadership, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a strategic HR professional capable of partnering with business leaders to drive organizational growth and workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external hiring partners.
  • Drive recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Quality of Hire.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
  • Lead campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring programs.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

SAP SuccessFactors Administration

  • Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
  • Employee Central
  • Recruiting Management
  • Onboarding
  • Performance & Goals
  • Learning Management
  • Succession & Development
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process automation.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards for management review.

Performance Management

  • Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Facilitate goal setting, competency assessments, and talent reviews.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and employee KPIs.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and create annual learning plans.
  • Coordinate leadership development, behavioral, and technical training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Promote continuous learning culture across the organization.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
  • Organize employee welfare, recognition, and reward programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee experience.

HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate audits and maintain required compliance documentation.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Support disciplinary processes when required.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Analyze workforce trends, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership through HR data analytics.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition management.
  • HRMS administration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Workforce planning and HR analytics.

Compensation: ₹18–20 LPA (depending on experience and fitment)

Location: Noida Sector 127

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
