HR Manager / Recruiter Hyderabad, India

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Recruiter to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and payroll management for our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll processing, employee benefits, leave management, and compliance, along with strong recruiting and background screening skills. This role will also collaborate with our US project management team to support costing and resource allocation for projects involving both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave administration.
  • Coordinate with the CPA and US finance team to ensure compliance with payroll and tax requirements.
  • Handle recruitment, screening, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, timekeeping, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Support the US team on project costing and HR-related assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of HR and recruitment experience (preferably with US-based companies).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
