Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, marketing & site staff

Source candidates via portals, references & field hiring

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

Ensure quick turnaround for high-volume sales hiring

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle onboarding, induction & documentation

Maintain employee records and HR database

Manage confirmations, transfers, and exit processes

3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

Maintain attendance (HO + site teams)

Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts

Manage leave records, holidays & HR documentation

Issue offer letters, appointment letters & other HR communications

4. Performance & Employee Engagement

Track performance, especially sales team targets

Support appraisals and incentive structures

Plan engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture

5. Administration & Office Operations

Oversee daily office operations (Head Office + Site Office)

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning

Manage office utilities (electricity, internet, repairs)

6. Vendor & Asset Management

Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, pantry, IT, etc.)

Manage AMC contracts, renewals, and service schedules

Maintain records of office assets (laptops, furniture, devices)

Handle stationery and consumables inventory

7. Travel, Logistics & Coordination

Arrange travel, accommodation & transport for management and clients

Coordinate site visits and internal logistics

8. Front Office, Events & Support

Supervise reception, visitor handling & courier management

Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, launches & events

Maintain vendor agreements and administrative records

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in real estate / sales-driven organizations preferred

Strong ability to handle HR + administrative responsibilities

Good communication, coordination & multitasking skills

Comfortable managing both people and operations efficiently

Language Proficiency:

English (verbal & written)

Hindi

Gujarati

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
