The Manager – HR and Admin is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while also managing administrative operations such as office management, vendor coordination, and policy implementation. This role ensures that both people and processes align with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment & Staffing

o Lead end-to-end hiring processes including Blue color

o Develop talent acquisition strategies.

o Manage on boarding and induction programs.

 

· Employee Relations

o Handle grievance redressel and conflict resolution.

o Foster a positive workplace culture.

o Conduct employee engagement initiatives

 

· Performance Management

o Implement appraisal systems.

o Monitor KPIs and productivity.

o Support career development and training.

 

· Compliance & Policies

o Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

o Draft and update HR policies.

o Maintain employee records and documentation.

o Hands on experience of SA 8000 – Social audit activities

 

· Administration Management

o Oversee office facilities and vendor contracts.

o Manage budgets and procurement.

o Supervise support staff and ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications

 

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
