We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team and lead the people function across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, strengthening HR processes, and creating a positive and professional work environment.
The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments and ensure timely hiring
- Oversee employee onboarding and lifecycle management
- Lead performance review processes and support employee development initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment policies, contracts, and statutory requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
Who We're Looking For
- Prior experience working as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
