Job Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and ethically-driven Manager-Human Resources to join our fast-paced payment gateway organization. In this pivotal role, you will work under the guidance of the HR Head to lead the HR team, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our aggressive business objectives.

You will act as a bridge between senior management and employees, fostering a high-performance culture while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professional ethics.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Partnership

  • Business Alignment: Work closely with senior management to ensure HR policies and strategies directly support company objectives.
  • Strategic Enabler: Act as a partner to business leaders, participating in leadership, financial, and business planning meetings to support their specific people strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the HR team daily, nurturing internal talent and championing corporate initiatives.

Operations, Compliance & Rewards

  • Total Rewards: Manage compensation, benefits, health, and safety programs for all employees.
  • Statutory Compliance: Act as the primary contact for labor unions, insurance, PF, and Pension agencies, ensuring 100% adherence to labor laws and legal guidelines.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze workforce data and report key HR metrics to the board and senior management to drive informed decision-making.
  • Policy Development: Draft and implement SOPs, employee mobility guidelines, and policies aimed at reducing absenteeism and turnover.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute employee welfare initiatives and engagement programs to boost motivation.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the HR discussion for new hires and oversee the end-to-end induction process to ensure a seamless transition into the company culture.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage grievance redressal, lead investigations, and invoke disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Administrative Oversight: (Desirable) Manage the administrative functions of the organization to ensure seamless office operations.

Role Requirements

Profile Education & Experience

  • Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 9 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector. Technical &

Functional Skills

  • Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Systems: Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and hands-on experience with at least one HRMS solution.
  • Execution: Proven ability to plan and execute complex HR projects against challenging timelines.

Behavioral Competencies
