About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing various HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Drive manpower planning and hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Build strong sourcing pipelines through recruitment platforms, consultants, and networking channels.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets.
- HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on people-related matters including team structure, performance, and employee development.
- Support managers in handling team concerns, performance issues, and employee engagement.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, retention initiatives, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and documentation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Handle employee grievance management and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Promote organizational values, collaboration, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Manage performance review cycles and employee performance tracking.
- Monitor HR metrics including attrition, hiring dashboards, productivity reports, and employee engagement data.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Compliance & Team Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to improve efficiency, accountability, and process ownership.
- Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Wellness, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and HRBP practices.
- Experience in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Proven ability to handle teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
