Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and core people operations.
- Support performance processes, employee relations and workplace policies.
- Coordinate external HR, payroll and compliance partners.
- Improve HR processes, reporting and employee communication.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of broad HR operations experience.
- Working knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory compliance.
- Strong ownership, judgement, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
