We're a growing SaaS company working in the eCommerce and ERP space. The company is at a stage where things are moving fast hiring is constant, teams are evolving, and structure is still being built.
This role is important because how we scale people will define how we scale the company.
What This Role Is Really About
At its core, this role has two clear responsibilities:
1. Build and protect the culture
We want to build a company that is:
- Accountable

- Performance-driven
Your job is to make sure this doesn't break as we grow.
This is not about running engagement activities.
It's about:
- Listening to people
- Spotting problems early
- Having difficult conversations when needed
- Helping managers become better leaders
2. Own hiring end-to-end
You will own hiring outcomes.
You will have a recruiter, but you are responsible for:
- Speed of hiring
- Quality of hires
- Candidate experience
You'll work closely with founders and team leads to:
- Define roles clearly
- Improve interview processes
- Ensure we're hiring the right people, not just filling positions
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Talking to people across teams and understanding what's working / not working
- Helping resolve team or manager-level issues
- Driving hiring across roles (tech + non-tech)
- Improving onboarding so new hires don't feel lost
- Helping define roles, expectations, and performance clarity
- Supporting managers in handling underperformance
- Putting basic systems in place (without overcomplicating things)
Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years in HR
- Experience in hiring and employee engagement
- Startup or fast-growing company experience is a plus
