Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR strategy aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in HR management or related field
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
