Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on people strategies for growth and retention.
- Own end-to-end HR including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance and policy adherence.
- Use HR data and insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Mentor junior HR team members and strengthen HR processes.
What We're Looking For
- 57 years of HR experience in fast-paced or tech environments.
- Strong HR operations and compliance knowledge.
- Experience across talent acquisition, performance, and engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on with HRMS and people analytics.
