Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing payroll and compliance, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience primarily in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment tools
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution techniques
• Experience with HR policies, payroll management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to evolving needs
