Key Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and project sites.
*Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
*Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
*Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
*Handle onboarding, induction, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
*Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
*Resolve employee grievances and support employee relations.
*Coordinate training and development programs.
*Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management with HR analytics.
*Partner with leadership to strengthen HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
