Job Description
- Lead shared services, payroll, onboarding, exits, audits, and documentation.
- Standardise and streamline HR operations and backend processes.
- Ensure policy alignment, statutory adherence, and accurate HR documentation.
- Oversee compliance with labour laws and manage statutory filings and audits.
- Govern payroll accuracy, benefits, settlements, and risk controls.
- Manage daily business operations across admin, facilities, and compliance.
- Oversee recruitment governance, manpower planning, and performance processes.
- Drive internal controls, audits, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- 10+ years of HR and Operations leadership experience in India
- Strong knowledge of statutory labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Proven experience leading multi-location teams
- Demonstrated success in strengthening HR governance, payroll controls, and statutory compliance
- Experience managing business operations, administration, logistics, or facilities is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
- Ability to interpret policies, compensation structures, benefits, and company handbooks with accuracy
