Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Kochi. The HR Manager will oversee all human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will be responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing training and development programs. The role also includes fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Skills in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and creating HR policies
• Proficiency in Training and Development and organizational development practices
• Understanding of Employment Laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and support teams effectively in a dynamic and diverse workplace
• Proven experience with HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification will be an added advantage)
