Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan
  • Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal.
  • Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
